We only process the personal data necessary to operate our international webshop and provide personalized customer service.

• Purpose: To process your order, send order confirmations, arrange international shipping via our freight partners, and handle any potential right of return (14 days) or warranty claims.
• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(c) (Compliance with a legal obligation to retain accounting records).

Upon use of the contact form, email, or WhatsApp:

• Data collected: Name, email address, phone number, and the content of your inquiry.
• Purpose: To provide personalized customer service and respond to your questions regarding products, spare parts, or dealers.
• Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f) (Legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and servicing our customers).

Upon statistical tracking and use of cookies:

• Data collected: IP address, browser type, and your behavior on our website.
• Purpose: To optimize webshop functions and improve your user experience.

Disclosure of Your Information

We never sell or transfer your data to unauthorized third parties. In order to deliver your goods and operate the webshop, we share information with the following necessary partners:

• Freight Companies: Recognized carriers we cooperate with to deliver the parcel to the chosen pick-up point.
• Payment Service Providers: Approved acquirers who handle your transactions securely via payment cards (Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
• Technical Suppliers: Our web hosting provider and system vendors who host and maintain the webshop.

International Transfers (Countries Outside the EU/EEA)

As we receive orders from all over the world, a necessary transfer of your address and contact details to carriers, logistics partners, and authorities in the specific destination country you have chosen as the delivery address (e.g., the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, etc.) will occur in connection with freight booking, international delivery, and customs clearance.

Viper-Flex ApS exclusively delivers to the countries defined in our Terms and Conditions, and we do not accept orders from countries with restrictive special requirements for data transfer (such as the People's Republic of China). We ensure that all transfers outside the EU/EEA are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection legislation, including via the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where relevant.

How Long Do We Store Your Data?

We only store your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

• Order and Transaction Data: Retained for 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the purchase was completed, in order to comply with the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Bogføringsloven).
• Customer Service Correspondence: Emails and messages (including WhatsApp) regarding general inquiries are, as a rule, deleted no later than 12 months after the matter has been concluded, unless an active warranty claim or dispute is pending.

Your Rights (GDPR & Global Standards)

Regardless of where you are located in the world, we respect your rights regarding your data. You have the right to:

• Access: To be informed about which personal data we process about you.
• Rectification: To have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
