The models in detail
Eight Viper-Flex® models cover every shooting position and hunting situation — from a kneeling shot in dense Irish spruce, to a standing shot on an African plain, to a prone shot on a Scandinavian heath. Each is built around the same two-point rifle rest and the same single-handed deployment — and backed by Danish service that repairs rather than replacing the whole stick.
Travel · Stalking · Safari
Styx PRO TO GO
The travelling stalker's flagship. Full carbon-fibre construction, just under a kilogram, and built to disassemble into three short sections that fit inside a standard rifle case alongside your gun. The model built for the hunter who flies to the hunt — safari, mountain stalk, or driven shoot abroad.
All-round · Flagship
Styx PRO
The benchmark for stalkers who hunt close to home. Full carbon-fibre, single-handed deployment, and a wide cradle for tracking moving game on driven days. Collapses to 110 cm to fit beside the rifle in a gun case. The choice for hunters who want the best all-round performer from woodland to open hillside.
Travel · Tall hunters
Styx Journey+ XL
Journey+ XL is built for taller hunters and uneven ground. It disassembles just like the Journey+ and packs small enough for an ordinary suitcase. What it adds is height — for hunters over 1.95 m, and for shots from a high vantage on sloping terrain. A travel stick that reaches higher than the standard model.
Travel · Stalking · Safari
Styx Journey+
Built for the hunter who travels to the stalk. Fully disassembles to about 65 cm and packs flat into an ordinary suitcase. Works in every shooting position — standing, kneeling, sitting and prone — and converts to a one- or two-legged stick when the stalk needs quiet movement. The original travel Viper-Flex.
First sticks · Driven game
Styx Elite+
The Danish bestseller and the natural starting point for a first set of quad sticks. 115 cm collapsed, single-handed operation and the same wide cradle as the PRO — in an aluminium build that puts the price within reach of every serious stalker. For the hunter who wants the Viper-Flex® system without the carbon premium.
Prone · Long range
Minor 3
Free-standing tripod built for prone shooting. Compact enough to carry as a secondary rest, stable enough to deliver a controlled shot at long range. The 2025 addition to the Viper-Flex® family, designed for hunters who shoot prone.
Prone · Entry level
Minor 2
Lightweight bipod for prone-only shooting. The most compact rest in the range, designed to be carried as a secondary support alongside a standing-shot stick. Ideal for hunters who shoot prone in open country and want a dedicated rest that adds little weight to the kit.
Accessory · Long range · Safari
Single Leg
The fifth leg. A model-specific add-on that turns your Viper-Flex® into a five-legged rest — closer to a bench rest than anything else you can carry afield. Used at longer range, on uneven ground, on safari, and when there is only one chance to get the shot right. There's a matching extra leg for every model in the range.
