When you call or write to Viper-Flex, you talk directly to the people behind the product. Claus Christiansen is a former competition shooter and the man who developed the shooting sticks, and he handles development, production and support himself from the workshop in Rønnede.
That means you can ask technical questions about anything from leg catches to rifle rests — and get answers from the person who engineered them.

Can I get spare parts for an older model?
Yes — every part on a Viper-Flex shooting stick can be replaced, and that includes the older models. Write with the model name and a description of the part and we will find it.
When can I reach you by phone?
The phone is open Monday to Thursday 07-16 CET — and you can also message us on WhatsApp on the same number or send an email whenever it suits you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Viper-Flex shooting sticks are sold in more than 17 countries, and the webshop ships to large parts of the world. Write to us and we will confirm delivery to your country.
